All of our products are handmade in small batches. This means that slight variations in color, scent, or appearance may occur. We do our best to accurately represent all items, but cannot guarantee exact replicas due to the artisanal nature of our work.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us for any reason, including suspected fraud or violation of these Terms.

Payment is due at the time of order. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Processing times vary, especially during pre-sale campaigns. We aim to fulfill all orders within the timeline provided on each product page. Delays due to shipping carriers or natural events are outside of our control.

Jade Flowers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the issue at hello@jadeflowers.com, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including product names, descriptions, logos, images, and designs, is the property of Jade Flowers and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any allergic reactions, sensitivities, or misuse of our products. Please review the ingredients carefully before use. By purchasing, you agree to use products at your own discretion.
